Four natural ingredients to consider with natural products
‘Green’ benefits and living life in a natural way, are what everyone seems to be talking about nowadays. So what effect does it have on your skin care, or in some peoples cases, not care that should be shown?
Statistically, those products using natural ingredients outperform those products that do not entertain their use. You may believe that you are getting the best from the products that you use, but I challenge you to test something new and I guarantee that you will be amazed. When considering skin care products there are four natural ingredients that have to be in the mix;
DMAE or Dimethylaminoethanol
It is a natural compound found in fish skin – particularly salmon, and help with the production of collagen. The obvious signs are much tighter skin, less lines and wrinkles. It may also help to reduce liver spots or ‘age spots’ as they are also known as.
Alpha Lipoic Acid
This is a naturally occuring acid and helps prevent the ageing process in skin. if you take it topically or orally, it is likely to reduce the signs of skin ageing.
Vitamin C
Make sure that vitamin C is the one element is never missing from a natural product. I helps to prevent solar damage to the skin, and offers regeration properties to damaged skin.
Retinol
Retinol is vitamin A in a natural state and help rejuvenate and regenerate tired skin. It is suitable especially for sensitive skin types as wont’ cause redening or peeling.
My recommendation is to use a combination of these four effective natural skin care products, and you will notice a difference in the condition of your skin. Some of my favourite natural products include Gatineau and Equavie, which can be taken orally as skin supplements, or topically with lotions.
